Broad’s 109 faculty members bring to the classroom real-world business research and a keen sense of the changing global marketplace. Our educators are involved in all aspects of the MBA experience—from theory-driven and applied research to study abroad to case competitions.
Small class sizes allow for more direct and frequent interactions with faculty, who often tailor their instruction specifically to the backgrounds and stated goals of their students.
Nearly every department within the Broad Full-Time MBA program has an industry advisory board to ensure that curriculum and research monitor and reflect breaking developments and needs.
Committed to your success
Beyond class instruction, our faculty:
- Encourage student participation in learning outside the classroom, including faculty-led study abroad programs
- Serve as advisers for case competitions and MBA student associations
- Accompany students on career treks
Faculty research
Broad’s tenured full-time faculty members conduct research on the latest critical issues, trends, and outcomes that they share with students. Many serve as consultants to top corporations and government agencies, and their frequent publication in peer-reviewed journals attests to the quality of their instruction.
