Owen Graduate Hall
Located just east of Broad’s North Business Complex, Owen is MSU’s recently renovated graduate residence hall. It features a high-tech game room and TV lounge, community kitchen, study spaces, and Riverwalk Market, with three cooked-to-order food stations and prepackaged sandwiches, salads, snacks, and breakfast items.

University Apartments offer affordable living in an apartment village setting. CATA bus transportation makes getting around campus easy, and three apartment villages on the west side of campus provide easy access to major highways and grocery stores.
